PURPOSE: An image sensing apparatus is provided to improve safety of a vehicle, and to reduce a price of the vehicle by using only a front vision sensor, left/right vision sensor, and rear vision sensor. CONSTITUTION: An image sensing apparatus comprises: an image sensing part (400) comprising an image sensor capable of changing a viewing direction; a driving part (300) changing the viewing direction of the image sensing part; and a control part (200) controlling the driving part to change the viewing direction based on the driving state of the vehicle. The image sensor is capable of rotating up and down around a shaft which is vertical with the sensing direction, and parallel with the ground.
