PURPOSE: A time division liquid crystal barrier and a three-dimensional image display device including the same are provided to reduce opening rates. CONSTITUTION: A time division liquid crystal barrier (100) comprises an upper circuit board (120), a lower circuit board (140), and a liquid crystal layer (160). The upper circuit board forms a first electrode (124), a second electrode (128), and a first insulation layer (126). The first electrodes are successively arranged at a lower part with first interval. The second electrodes are successively arranged at the lower part with second interval. The first insulation layer is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The lower circuit board forms a third electrode (144), a fourth electrode (148), and a second insulation layer (146). The third electrodes are successively arranged at an upper unit with the first interval. The fourth electrodes are successively arranged at the upper unit with the second interval. A second insulation layer is arranged between the third electrode and the fourth electrode. The liquid crystal layer is arranged between the upper circuit board and the lower circuit board.
