PURPOSE: A method for connecting with a dummy device and an electronic device are provided to maintain a connection state through wireless connection when the electronic device is physically separated, thereby offering various services through the dummy device. CONSTITUTION: A module is stored in a memory (810) and is executed by a processor (822). The module is connected to a dummy device. When a call is incoming, the module sets wireless connection with the dummy device and includes a command which connects to the dummy device through the wireless connection. The module senses physical separation with the dummy device and includes a command which changes a medium for a connection state to the wireless connection.
