PURPOSE: A water jet type whole body hydrotherapy apparatus is provided to enable stable and comfortable hydrotherapy by reducing mental pressure of a user by preventing exposure of a user's body for performing the hydrotherapy. CONSTITUTION: A water jet type whole body hydrotherapy apparatus (10) that performs hydrotherapy by spraying water to stimulate a body of a user comprises a frame (12); a tank that is supported by the frame and forms a cavity (15), in which water is accommodated; a mat (16) that is installed in a manner to cover the cavity of the tank, wherein the user lies on a top surface of the mat; a transfer unit (20) that is installed in the cavity of the tank and transfers a water wheel parallel to the mat; a spray unit (30) that is mounted on the water wheel of the transfer unit and includes a nozzle (32) that is installed to spray water in a direction of a lower surface of the mat; a water supply unit (40) that is connected to a supply line (50) together with the spray unit for periodically supplying the water sprayed through the nozzle; and a control unit (60) for controlling the water supply unit.
