PURPOSE: A bed for composite workout is provided to release pain caused by height growth and joint pressure and to contribute in losing weight as a user continues exercise on the bed without losing interest. CONSTITUTION: A bed for composite workout comprises an upper mat (10) of a rectangular plate shape; a lower mat (20) of a rectangular plate shape that is connected to a lower part of the upper mat; a horizontal axis (30) installed across the upper mat and the lower mat; a rotation axis (40) installed in a vertical direction on a lower surface of the upper mat; an inclination controlling device forming a slope of the upper mat and the lower mat by lowering an upper part of the upper mat or raising a lower part of the lower mat; a rotation device that is connected to a lower surface of the lower mat and shakes the lower mat in left and right direction; and a frame (70) accommodating the upper mat, the lower mat, the horizontal axis, the rotation axis, the inclination controlling device, and the rotation device.
