PURPOSE: A device for forming glass substrates and a method thereof are provided to obtain high quality flat surface from large area glass substrate by combining flat film formed on the flat surface with a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming glass substrates (100) comprises a glass substrate transport unit (200), a flat film supply part (300), and a sealing part (400). The glass substrate transport unit transfers the glass substrate. The flat film supply part supplies flat films in which flat surface is formed on one side. The sealing part adheres the flat film to the glass substrate and forms the flat surface on the glass substrate. The flat film supply part comprises a release film conveying unit (310) and a plane film laminating unit (320). The release film conveying unit transfers the release film towards the glass substrate. The flat film laminating unit laminates the flat film on the release film. |
