PURPOSE: A rail-type welding machine for a tube-fin panel is provided to manufacture the tube-fin panel by automatically welding a fin between tubes. CONSTITUTION: A rail-type welding machine for a tube-fin panel comprises a jig part (100), a pair of rails (200), a gantry frame (300), a multi-stage torch welding part (400), a compression part (500), and a roller. A temporarily welded tube-fin panel is fixed on the jig part. The pair of rails is installed in both sides of the jig part. The gantry frame moves along the pair of rails. The multi-stage torch welding part is installed on the gantry frame to weld tubes and a fin. The compression part compresses downward the tube-fin panel fixed on the jig part. The roller serves as a guide while moving in a state of being contacted to the outer circumference of the tubes of the tube-fin panel. |
