METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRAJECTORY MEASURING OF A PASSIVE MOBILE OBJECT

The method involves preparing acquisition data relative to displacement of an object in a site. The acquisition data includes images of the object, where the images are recorded. An initial model trajectory is fixed and compared with the images to determine likelihood index of the initial model trajectory. A model trajectory is generated from the initial model trajectory and compared with the recorded image to determine the likelihood index of the model trajectory. Another model trajectory is chosen between the former model trajectory and initial model trajectory. An independent claim is also included for a trajectory measurement system.
