The device has a set of strips (30) in which one of the strips is carried-out in a semi-rigid material that is deformable under effect of applied deformation pressure, and preserves conformation after the deformation pressure is released. A bandage (33) i.e. wadding plug, is fixed on the strip. The strip is curved on the level of the bandage. The remaining strips of the set of strips are made of a flexible material, and comprise fixation units (31) i.e. loop. The remaining strips are provided with respective rigid reinforcement arranged on right of the bandage.
