The device (1) has a support body (5) comprising a body surface in which a zone (6) for receiving and removably holding a tubular container of chemical alcohol test is formed. The body is in shape of a plate made of an opaque material of plastic or metal material of dark color. The zone is in form of a hollow cavity adapted to receive the container in an indexed and fixed manner. The cavity is prolonged laterally by a secondary recessed zone (6') facilitating gripping of the container. A lighting unit (7) is adapted and arranged to carry out a retro-lighting of the zone relative to a user.
