The shaft (20) has a self supporting structure comprising vertical columns rigidifying the structure and allowing separation of low and strong currents. Inner side faces of the shaft allow connections between fluid managers and distribution networks and accommodate fluid management equipment as well as trim panels in central part. The trim panels are connected on top and bottom facade trims (18, 19) The structure is in form of two U with perpendicular wings sliding on each other and attached by using reinforcements to allow an adjustable spacing between the columns. The fluid is selected from air, water, electricity and gas. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a home automation cell (2) a service wall.
