PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degradation in position control accuracy, resulting from switching noise or the like, when exerting position control through controlling an amount of power supplied to a coil.SOLUTION: The output end of an AMP type driver 27 is connected to one end of a coil 13, and the output end of an AMP type driver 28 is connected to the other end of the coil 13. Command signals to be input to the AMP type drivers 27 and 28 are generated by the driver control circuit 26 so that an amount of current flowing in the coil 13 according to the potential difference between both the ends of the coil 13 is equal to a target amount of current in position control. In the driver control circuit 26, command signals to be transmitted to the AMP type drivers 27 and 28 are generated based on a control signal corresponding to an input amount of position control, and also the command signals are generated so that the current flowing in the coil 13 at this time changes linearly. |
