PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress plastic deformation of core metal.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a rubber roll includes: a solidification step of heating liquid rubber in a mold from the inside of a core metal to a first temperature to turn it into a solid state; and a vulcanization step of heating the rubber turned into the solid state from the inside of the core metal to a second temperature higher than the first temperature to vulcanize the rubber. |
