A universal heat-insulating system “Teplo+” that includes face surface, besides that it is arranged as multi-component, at that as the first component liquid ceramic heater is used, as dye or paste-like masses, with possibility of its application by means of a brush, roller or compressor, and as the second component chemically cross-linked polyethylene or rubber with foil-clad cover with different thicknesses, on glue or glue-less basis, and as the third component basalt or mineral-wool element as mat, cylindrical blank for pipelines is used. |
