<p>The tape (1) has sides (4, 6) including a material, which is intumescent under heat action. Openings (12) are formed at lateral edges (8, 10), and aligned transverse to a longitudinal axis (3) of the tape. The openings are extended through an entire thickness of the tape. A tab is included between two adjacent openings. The openings are uniformly distributed over an entire length of the tape. Inwardly directed transverse-ribs (14) are formed between two adjacent openings. A barrier i.e. elongate bar, is arranged on one of the sides. The tap is made of rubber elastic material, intumescent material, expandable graphite, flame retardant additive, rubber and noise control material. An independent claim is also included for a fire protection arrangement.</p> |
