PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for determining a navigation bit boundary are provided to improve the performance of a receiver by accurately capturing and tracking a weak signal. CONSTITUTION: A Beidou satellite signal receiving module receives a Beidou GEO satellite signal and determines and records the local receiving time of the Beidou GEO satellite signal. A position reception and clock calibration module (130) sets the scale of a local receiving signal. A calculating module (140) calculates transmission time based on the local receiving time. A determining module (150) determines a navigation bit boundary based on the transmission time.
