PURPOSE: A blood pressure measuring device capable of measuring electrocardiogram (ECG) easily measures the blood pressure of a user by including a sensor comprising a conductive fiber electrode. CONSTITUTION: A blood pressure measuring device includes a cuff main body (20), sensors (30), and a control part (40). The cuff main body is worn on the body of a user and includes a pressure sensor. The sensors are detachably formed inside and outside the cuff main body. The sensors are in contact with the body of the user, sense a potential difference of an action current generated in contraction of the heart, and lead an ECG value. The control part is electrically connected to the sensors and determines normality by comparing the ECG value from the sensors with a normal ECG value.
