PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system that is operable for a long period of time with a simpler system configuration.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes an alkali stack 12 and an acid stack 13. Liquid fuel that is stored in a common fuel tank 11 is circulated and supplied to respective anodes of the alkali stack 12 and the acid stack 13. An exhaust opening of a cathode of the acid stack 13 and an intake opening of a cathode of the alkali stack 12 are connected in such a manner that exhaust gas from the cathode of the acid stack 13 is supplied to the cathode of the alkali stack 12.
