PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing high efficiency solid fuel is to provide fuel having remarkable effects as an energy source having an excellent calorific value and leaving no incinerator bottom ash by manufacturing the high efficiency solid fuel of 5800 Kcal or higher by recycling resources of overall domestic waste. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing high efficiency solid fuel comprises the steps of: selecting flammable life waste by classifying life waste; drying (S103); pulverizing (S105); mixing a biodiesel by-product, activated charcoal, charcoal, and soild paraffin into the pulverized flammable life waste (S107); extruding the mixed product (S109); and drying the extruded to manufacture a final product (S111).
