PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for preventing bubbles in an electro-plating process of a car body are provided to minimize bubbles generated while the car body enters an electro-plating tank, prevent the generated bubbles from flowing into the car body, and discharge the bubbles flowing into the car body. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing bubbles in an electro-plating process of a car body comprises a spray nozzle. While a car body (14) to be electro-plated is loaded on a transfer block (13) and transferred along a rail, the car body is electro-plated with an electro-plating liquid (11) stored in an electro-plating tank (10). The spray nozzle is disposed at a leading end of the electro-plating tank. The spray nozzle sprays air from above a surface of the electro-plating liquid stored in the electro-plating tank in an advancing direction of the transfer block, resulting in removing the bubbles that are generated in the surface of the electro-plating stored in the electro-plating tank due to entrance of the car body. Therefore, the spray nozzle prevents the attachment of the bubbles onto the car body. |
