PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel laminate sheet and a novel foam laminate sheet which exhibit good contamination resistance, and on which local contamination is not noticeable even when used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A laminate sheet includes a surface protecting layer containing ionizing radiation curable resin and silicone resin on a base material. The surface protecting layer is surface-treated by at least one selected from corona treatment and ultraviolet irradiation treatment.
