METHOD FOR SELECTION OF TACTICS OF RECONSTRUCTIVE-RESTORATIVE INTERVENTION AFTER OBSTRUCTIVE RESECTION OF LARGE BOWEL

A method for selection of tactics of reconstructive restorative intervention after obstructive resection of large bowel comprises preoperative determination of bacterial contamination, determination of the presence of pathogenic anaerobes in future operations and their detection in reconstructive intervention with complete closure of the stoma or the predominance of anaerobes, two-stage reconstructive surgery. The first step is the imposition of restorative anastomosis without removing the stoma, and another stage – hardly functioning extraperitoneal colostomy are closed.
