PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which achieves excellent manufacturability.SOLUTION: A reactor includes: a coil 2; and a magnetic core 3 disposed inside and outside the coil 2 and forming a closed magnetic circuit. The magnetic core 3 includes: a composite core part 31m composed of a composite material including magnetic powder and a resin; and a gap 31g. The gap 31g is integrated with the composite core part 31m by the resin. Integrating the gap 31g using the resin included in the composite material allows the gap 31g to be integrated with the composite core part 31m concurrently with the production of the composite core part 31m.
