PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant ferritic stainless cold rolled steel sheet excellent in workability, a ferritic stainless hot rolled steel sheet for cold rolled raw material, and a method for manufacturing them.SOLUTION: A heat-resistant ferritic stainless cold rolled steel sheet contains, by mass, C: 0.02% or less, Si: 0.1-1.0%, Mn: over 0.6 to 1.5%, P: 0.01-0.05%, S: 0.0001-0.0100%, Cr: 13.0-20.0%, Mo: 0.1-3.0%, Ti: 0.005-0.20%, Nb: 0.3-1.0%, B: 0.0002-0.0050%, Al: 0.005-0.50% and N: 0.02% or less, and the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities. The ferritic stainless cold rolled steel sheet is characterized in that the areal proportion of grains having a {111} orientation in a region between a surface layer and t/4 (t is the sheet thickness) is 20% or higher, the areal proportion of grains having a {111} orientation in a region between t/4 and t/2 is 40% or higher, and the areal proportion of grains having a {011} orientation in the overall thickness region is 15% or lower. |
