A method for automatic control of process to pasteurize tomato juice includes measuring and adjusting the temperature of pasteurization of the tomato juice in a pasteurization section, measuring and adjusting the temperature of cooling the tomato juice in a cooling section, compensating the effect of temperature of pasteurization on the temperature of juice in the cooling section, compensating the effect of change in the temperature of a pair on the temperature of pasteurization. Compensation of a delay in a control channel is carried out with the aid of a Smith’s preventer and compensation of the effect of the temperature of pasteurization in the pasteurization section on the temperature of the juice in the cooling section - on the account of introducing a corrective link. Compensation of the effect of change in the temperature of the pair on the temperature of pasteurization is carried out on the account of introducing the corrective link. |
