METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RECORDERS OF ANALOG AND DISCRETE SIGNALS FOR ELECTRIC POWER OBJECTS

A method for manufacturing recorders of analog and discrete signals for electric power objects relates to instrumentation technology. Manufacturing, adjustment and check-out of recorders is carried out subsequently in time in several steps. At first step preliminary input control of constituent elements and standard components is carried out. At the second stage manufacturing is performed, and technical parameters of original components are controlled. At the third stage recorders are assembled of the components, and working place of adjuster is created. The control of transmission factor of modules of current and voltage transducers is carried out by means of high stable program controlled standard signal generators and throw-away code temporarily loaded to recorder memory.
