PURPOSE: A bellows welding device and a weld line aligning device thereof are provided to mechanically align a weld line on bellows without using expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: A bellows welding device using a laser beam includes a body unit (60), a first aligning unit (10), and a second aligning unit (20). The jig fixes a circular diaphragm to be welded by penetrating the circular diaphragm. The body unit has a support unit to support the jig. The first aligning unit has grooves. The outer diameters of at least one pair of diaphragms among the diaphragms which are fixed on the jig are inserted into at least one among the grooves.
