PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a driving method thereof obtain normal output by repetitively performing a rupture operation according to the existence of ruptures of a fuse part. CONSTITUTION: A first driving voltage generating part generates a first driving voltage. A fuse part (220) is connected between an output node of the first driving voltage and a fuse state sensing node. A driving part (230) drives the fuse state sensing node by a second driving voltage in response to a control signal. A voltage level control part (250) generates a voltage level control signal in response to the fuse state sensing signal corresponding to the voltage level of the fuse state sensing node. A second driving voltage generating unit controls the voltage level of the second driving voltage according to the voltage level control signal stage by stage and outputs the voltage level of the second driving voltage.
