PURPOSE: A device for guiding a lifeboat to water is provided to reduce shock applied to a lifeboat when the lifeboat enters water using a reducing unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding a lifeboat to water comprises a fixing guide unit (110) and a sliding guide unit (120). The fixing guide unit has a fixed slope. The sliding guide unit is installed to be movable to the fixing guide unit. The sliding guide unit comprises an upper transfer unit (121) and a reducing unit (124). The upper transfer unit is formed in the transfer direction of a lifeboat. The reducing unit is curved in the longitudinal end of the upper transfer unit.
