PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stationary cleaning capability of a particle processing apparatus with a nozzle for the nozzle and a pipe for processing liquid connected to the nozzle.SOLUTION: A coating device as a particle processing apparatus includes a rotary drum 1, a spray nozzle 4 for spraying a spray liquid on a rolling bed S for particulate grin in the rotary drum 1, and a pipe 6 for processing liquid which is connected to the spray nozzle 4 and in which the spray liquid as a processing liquid circulates. Then the coating device includes valves V2-V6, Va-Vd, and Vn as switching supply means of switching and supplying the spray liquid, the cleaning liquid, purified water, compressed air (for dewatering and drying), and superheated steam to the pipe 6 for processing liquid. Purified water including microbubbles is used as the cleaning liquid. |
