PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition-curable rubber composition which is free from rubber surface tackiness and oil bleeding, and is suitably used for production of an ion-conductive rubber roller.SOLUTION: An addition-curable rubber composition for a roller includes: (A) a polyoxyalkylene having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule: 100 pts.mass; (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane represented by general formula (1): RRSiO(RHSiO)SiRR(Ris unsubstituted or halogen-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group except alkenyl; Ris unsubstituted or halogen-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group except alkenyl, or hydrogen atom; and x is an integer of 6 or more), the polysiloxane containing at least eight silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms adjacently in a linear manner in one molecule: an amount such that the mole ratio of the silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the component (B) to the alkenyl groups in the component (A) is 0.01-3.0; (C) a catalyst for hydrosilylation reaction: an effective amount; (D) an ion conductivity imparting agent: 0.5-30 pts.mass; and (E) a heat resistance improver: 0.1-15 pts.mass.
