PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuations of an output frequency of a temperature compensation type piezoelectric device in a temperature control type piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A temperature control type piezoelectric device includes: a base substance 1; a heater 2 provided on a lower surface of the base substance 1; and a temperature compensation type piezoelectric device 3 which includes an element mounting member 31 having a recessed part, a piezoelectric vibration element 32 mounted in the recessed part, and an IC element 33 mounted on the element mounting member 31, and a first metal plate 34 sealing the recessed part and is provided on an upper surface of the base substance 1. The temperature compensation type piezoelectric device 3 further includes a resin member 35 provided on the first metal plate 34. |
