Strip-form WC cleaning product (1) for applying to the interior of a toilet bowl and comprising a width (B), a height (H) and a thickness (S), wherein the ratio between the width (B), height (H) and thickness (S) is between 1:1:0.01 and 1:0.1:0.2, and also comprising a first extruded phase (2) and at least a second extruded phase (3), wherein the first phase (2) is different from at least the second phase (3), although all the phases (2, 3, 7) comprise at least one adhesion promoter at least on that side of the WC cleaning product (1) which is to be applied to the toilet bowl, and the first phase (2) and at least the second phase (3) have a contact surface (4) in relation to one another, wherein at least the contour of a contact surface (4, 4a, 4b) along the centre axis (8) is in the form of a sine wave which has an amplitude of A1,o, wherein the ratio of the amplitude to the width (B) A1,0:B is between 1:10 and 1:25 and the period length of the sine wave corresponds to 0.1-1 times the width (B) of the WC cleaner product (1).
