PURPOSE: A porous film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the overall improvement of the filtering capacity by having the high impurity rejection rate and the excellent water transmission degree at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A porous film comprises a symmetric bead structure which includes multiple spherical crystallites. The multiple spherical crystallites comprise the multiple sub-spherical crystallites. The multiple spherical crystallites comprise the polyvinylidene difluoride.
