PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an indication of a failure of plant equipment constituting a plant due to aged deterioration before the failure.SOLUTION: There is provided a system for determining aged deterioration failure indication of plant equipment for periodically comparing a predicted value of variation of a process amount in accordance with aged deterioration of plant equipment constituting a plant with an actual value of the process amount of the plant equipment, and determining that there is an indication of a failure due to the aged deterioration when difference between the predicted value equivalent to aging in comparison and the actual value in the comparison is a predetermined amount or more, and the aged deterioration failure indication can be detected from a progress degree of the aged deterioration on the basis of process data on plant constitution equipment in an operation of the plant. |
