PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system capable of calculating the amount of positional deviation between a power transmission antenna and a power receiving antenna with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A power transmission system in which electric energy is transmitted via an electromagnetic field from a power transmission antenna 140 to a power receiving antenna 210 comprises: the power transmission antenna 140; a power-receiving side rectification part 220 for rectifying output from the power receiving antenna 210 into a DC voltage to output the DC voltage; a power-receiving side voltage step-up/step-down part 230 for outputting the DC voltage being output from the rectification part after stepping up or stepping down the voltage; a power-receiving side control part 250 for adjusting current and voltage being input from the power-receiving side rectification part 220 to the power-receiving side voltage step-up/step-down part 230; and a voltage detection part for detecting the voltage being output from the power-receiving side rectification part 220. The power-receiving side control part 250 calculates the amount of positional deviation between the power transmission antenna 140 and the power receiving antenna 210 on the basis of the voltage detected by the voltage detection part.
