PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing an electrolyte sheet for a solid oxide fuel cell in a high yield.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrolyte sheet for a solid oxide fuel cell includes the steps of: (I) disposing a laminate structure 1 composed of a porous spacer 11 and a green sheet 12 by alternately stacking the porous spacer 11 and the green sheet 12 on a setter; and (II) burning the green sheet 11 in a movable baking furnace in a laminate structure 1 state. When the spacer 11 is rectangular, X represents the shortest distance from an arbitrary point A on an outer edge of the spacer 11 to an outer edge of the green sheet 12. When the point A is on a long side of the spacer 11, Y represents the length of a short side. When the point A is on the short side of the spacer 11, Y represents the length of the long side. When the spacer 11 is circular, X represents the shortest distance from an arbitrary point A on the outer edge of the spacer 11 to the outer edge of the green sheet 12, and Y represents a diameter of the spacer 11.
