When the point A is on a long side of the spacer 11, Y represents the length of a short side. When the point A is on the short side of the spacer 11, Y represents the length of the long side. When the spacer 11 is circular, X represents the shortest distance from an arbitrary point A on the outer edge of the spacer 11 to the outer edge of the green sheet 12, and Y represents a diameter of the spacer 11. At this time, X and Y satisfy "(X/Y)×100=0.2 to 4.0".
