PURPOSE: A light converting complex, a light emitting device, a display device having the same, and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily induce negative charges on a surface by using a matrix. CONSTITUTION: A matrix (32) surrounds optical conversion particles (31). The optical conversion particles are arranged within the matrix. The optical conversion particles change the wavelength of incident light. The matrix includes silicate minerals. The silicate minerals include phyllosilicate minerals. |
