PURPOSE: A bellows welding device and a jig thereof using a laser beam are provided to easily remove a ring in between a pair of bellows after welding the bellows by using lasers. CONSTITUTION: A bellows welding device includes a cylindrical body unit; a diaphragm (201) which is fixed by being penetrated by the cylindrical body; a ring which is fixed by being penetrated by the cylindrical body unit; and a bar (205) which is combined with the cylindrical body unit. Each of rings is arranged between the diaphragms, and has a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the diaphragms. The bar is mounted on the support unit of a weld line alignment device.
