PURPOSE: A pop-up flash assembly and a camera having the same are provided to form a link mechanism of a simple configuration by being linearly moved between a first position protruding on the opening and a second position received inside the opening. CONSTITUTION: A pop-up flash assembly includes a body unit (10), a flash (30), a first link (40), a second link (50), and a driving unit. A movable unit is linearly moved in an extending direction of an opening (11) of the body unit and moved between a first position protruding on the opening and a second position received inside the opening. The flash is installed on the movable unit. One end portion of the first link is installed on the body unit to be rotated. One end portion of the second link is installed on the other end portion of the first link, and the other end portion thereof is joined to the movable unit to be rotated. The driving unit rotates the first link. |
