A machine for production of pipes of reinforced plastics comprises a self-feeding mandrel with sector bars, a stacker of longitudinal reinforcing material and a source of transverse reinforcing material, a support of pipe that goes from the mandrel, curing chambers arranged along the axis of mandrel. A circular copier, a self-feeding mandrel and swivels of the stacker of longitudinal reinforcing material have independent drives connected to a control system. The machine comprises a main drive of mandrel shaft, which provides basic rate of descent of a finished pipe, a laying mechanism of a protective tape and its drive, a drive of mechanism for moving the manufactured pipe, a heater of bonding and transverse reinforcing material, sensors of the length of individual sections of the manufactured pipe and a sensor of control of the length control of the finished section of pipe, a receiving cart with roller conveyors and a rail track. The main drive of mandrel shaft is adapted to provide a basic speed of rotation of the mandrel that defines the basic speed of descent of the finished pipe. As drives of the mechanism for moving the manufactured pipe, and stacker of longitudinal reinforcing material autonomous motor drives are mounted and the curing chambers are made in the form of a single unit located at the end of the mandrel before descent of the finished section of pipe from the mandrel. |
