PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition is provided to resolve absorption suppression due to drug interaction by formulation of olmesartan medoxomil and rosuvastatin or a salt thereof. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprises a fraction containing olmesartan medoxomil and a fraction containing rosuvastatin or a salt thereof. The fractions are formed in a single form. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of a bilayer tablet, a cored tablet, or a pellet-containing capsule. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in a bilayer form comprising a layer containing rosuvastatin or a salt thereof and a layer containing olmesartan medoxomil. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in a capsule form comprising a pellet containing rosuvastatin or a salt thereof and a pellet containing olmesartan medoxomil.
