PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the power consumption of a system to be equal to or less than contracted power in the case where a refrigerating device is used as a heat source.SOLUTION: A heat source system has a load device, a heat source machine heating or cooling heat source water according to a set temperature and supplying the heat source water after heating or cooling to the load device, and a system control device 20. The system control device 20 has a power monitoring section 23 for monitoring power consumption of the heat source system, and a demand regulating section 24. The demand regulating section 24 carries out demand regulation by raising or lowering the set temperature in a direction where power consumption of the heat source system is lowered in the case the power consumption of the heat source system exceeds the first power threshold value set in the value lower than contracted power.
