According to one embodiment, a link member is arranged on a conveying path where a sheet is conveyed in a direction substantially perpendicular to an access door. In conjunction with the opening operation of the access door, the link member is raised. On the raised portion of the link member, an upper side conveying guide has one side supported in a free rotatable way and forms a portion of the upper side of the conveying path where the sheet is conveyed in the direction substantially perpendicular to the access door. By interlocking with the opening operation of the access door, the link member is raised, and the upper side conveying guide is opened. |
