PURPOSE: A resistance spot welding device having a real-time electrode varying function is provided to maintain the temperature of an electrode and to obtain a regular spot welding quality by alternately utilizing a plurality of welding electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A resistance spot welding device having a real-time electrode varying function includes a pair of electrode bodies (120), rotary discs (140), electrodes (160), and a driving member. The electrode bodies can be elevated. The rotary discs have a constant inclined angle (&thgr;°) in respect to the electrode bodies and are formed to be rotated. The electrodes are formed to be inclined at an angle of 90°-&thgr;° in respect to the rotary discs, thereby selectively being on a straight line with the electrode bodies according to the rotation angle. |
