<p>A high pressure coffee machine sealing mechanism comprises an upper cover (100), a rotating cover (200) and a lower body (300), wherein the back end of the upper cover (100), the back end of the rotating cover (200) and the back end of the lower body (300) are pivotally connected together. The lower body (300) is provided with a coffee box (310) with an upward opening, and a sealing part (210) which can be covered and connected on the opening of the coffee box (310) in an adaptation manner is arranged below the rotating cover (200); a clamping hook mechanism is arranged between the upper cover (100) and the lower body (300). A compressing mechanism arranged between the upper cover (100) and the rotating cover (200) comprises a handle (120), a compressing part (130) and an opening and closing rod (140). The handle (120) is movably connected with the upper cover (100), compressing part (130) and the handle (120) form the linkage connection relationship and are propped against the rotating cover (200), and the opening and closing rod (140) and the handle (120) form the linkage connection relationship and are matched with the clamping hook mechanism. The sealing mechanism of the high-pressure coffee machine has the following advantages: the clamping hook mechanism and the compressing mechanism are arranged among the lower body (300), the rotating cover (200) and the upper cover (100), so the sealing force between the coffee box and the sealing part is great, the sealing performance is excellent and the operation is labor-saving, convenient and simple.</p> |
