<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data analysis apparatus that is capable of stabilizing the final properties of products at an early stage and preventing defective products from being manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A first factor analysis part 22 identifies evaluation property data constituting an increasing factor for Mahalanobis distance MD1 calculated by first Mahalanobis distance calculation part 21 with factor analysis. A second factor analysis part 24 identifies manufacturing parameter data constituting an increasing factor for Mahalanobis distance MD2 calculated by second Mahalanobis distance calculation part 23 with factor analysis. Manufacturing parameter item adjustment part 25 adjusts the manufacturing parameter items identified by the second factor analysis part 24 in a way to reduce the Mahalanobis distance MD2 calculated by the second Mahalanobis distance calculation part 23.
