A method of arranging a prize pool structure for a competition having a pluralityof participants, the method comprises the steps of: creating a plurality of prize pools; setting an entry fee for each of the plurality of prize pools such that each prize pool has a different entry fee; assigning each participant to one or more selected prize pools for which the entry fee is equal to or less than an entry fee paid by that participant.
