<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attaching structure for a rolling bearing with an outer ring hardly creeping with respect to a housing, and capable of reducing manhours and a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An outer circumferential face of the second member 21 of an outer ring 10 of a ball bearing 1 is internally fit and fixed, by press fitting, on an inner circumferential face of the aluminum housing 1. The second member 21 is prepared by a powder metallugical method using aluminum powder and iron powder. An inner circumferential side of the second member 21 is constituted of iron, and an outer circumferential side of the second member 21 is constituted of aluminum. An area of an intermediate part of the second member 21 is constituted of an alloy of aluminum and iron.
