AQUACULTURE OF LOW WATER TEMPERATURE USING FERMENTED MILK OF MUSHROOM EXTRACTS AND PROPHYRINS

PURPOSE: A cultivation method for eels is provided to reduce fat ingredient of the eels and to enhance growth rates. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method for eels includes the following steps: adding skimmed milk powder to an Mushroom extract, homogenizing, and sterilizing for 1-2 hours; inoculating a lactic acid bacteria starter which is a mixture strain for Lactobacillus acidophilus (KACC No.12419), Streptococcus thermophillus (KCTC No. 3658), and Bifidobacterium longum (KACC No. 16649) and fermenting for a certain period of time; mixing 1-3 wt% of mushroom extract lactobacillus fermentation milk and 0.5-1 wt% of porphyrin with water; and supplying the mixed feed to water tub once a day.
